Skaras - Broiled Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
Lemon
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 teaspoon, crumbled Oregano
2 lbs. chops Lamb
and pepper Salt
Parsley
Directions:
Mix together
lemon juice, oil and oregano.
Place chops in a shallow pan, pour over marinade, turning chops to coat
well.
Marinate 2-3 hours, turning occasioally.
Barbecue over hot coals, turning chops once and basting with remaining
marinade.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
Serve with fried potatoes.
