Join us for a discussion of recent elections in Greece! Cornel Ban, Assistant Professor of International Relations, will talk about the factors that brought Syriza to power, possible crisis resolution scenarios given Greece’s external and internal constraints, and the implications for European economy and society. Iphigenia Kanara, Consul General of Greece in Boston, will discuss her new government’s goals and priorities in the economy and elsewhere. Moderated by Vivien Schmidt, Jean Monnet Professor of European Integration and Director of the Center for the Study of Europe at Boston University.
