All Are Invited to join the Health and Wellness Presentation at the Parish House on
Wednesday , January 11, 2017 from 10 am to 12 pm Our presenter will be Art Therapist Cheryl Lichwell who will help us create our own mini sculptures or art works using clay as an art medium. We will discuss using creative outlets to manage STRESS and how art soothes our brains. Come and enjoy lunch and conversation as well.
