Written by in , Comments Off on Greek Style Grilled Salmon With Oil and Lemon

Salmon isn’t common in Greece, but it is a fish that can be found readily in other places where Greeks commonly live, such as the United States. This method for preparing it is very traditional, even if the fish isn’t.

Greek Style Grilled Salmon Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 recipe ladolmono
  • 2 pounds salmon filets
  • 3 tablespoons fresh, chopped dill

How to Make Grilled Salmon With Oil and Lemon:

Preheat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or prepare the coals.

Prepare the ladolemono according to the recipe instructions.

Brush the oil and lemon (ladolemono) on the salmon filets and lay them out flat on a plate. Refrigerate them for fifteen minutes.

Place each salmon filet on the grill or on a grill pan. Cook the salmon on the grill for about 10-15 minutes, or until it’s cooked all the way through.

Sprinkle the fresh dill on the salmon just before serving.
