Lowell, MA    On Monday morning, a street sign outside the Holy Trinity Church was unveiled, bearing the name of the late Father Philip Gialopsos, a spiritual leader who honored his priesthood and is a legend in Lowell.

Father Gialopsos left a mark on the church from the 24 years he served as priest with dignity, love, and vision. He was truly beloved in the community of Lowell. Metropolitan Methodios expressed that he searches for Father Philip every time he comes to the Holy Trinity Church and he misses him deeply.

After the Divine Liturgy everyone proceeded outside in front of the covered sign to communicate their admiration in the tribute of Father Gialopsos.
