This recipe for grilled chicken breast uses all the flavors that makes Greek cooking delicious. The breasts are marinated in a lemon and olive oil dressing to make them plump and flavor. Prep doesn’t take long, but you do need to give the chicken some time to marinate them before you cook them.

  • 1 recipe ladolemono
  • 8 boneless chicken breast halves

How to Prepare Quick and Easy Greek Inspired Grilled Chicken Breasts:

Prepare the ladolemono (oil and lemon dressing) according to the recipe instructions.

Place the chicken breast halves in a large freezer bag with a zipper top. Pour the dressing into the bag, seal it, and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before grilling (but overnight is best).

Remove the bag from the refrigerate 15 minutes before grilling to let the meat get to room temperature. Preheat grill to medium high heat.

Place the chicken breast on the grill. Cook on one side about 6-8 minutes. Flip and cook for another 6-8 minutes. Save the marinade and baste the chicken periodically as it cooks. Make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through before removing it from the grill. Let the chicken rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
