Greek Style Roasted Grapes Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 pound plump, seedless grapes – washed and dried
- 3 tablespoons Greek olive oil
- 2 teaspoons brandy
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed with a mortar and pestle
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the grapes to a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, brandy, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Pour into the baking dish and arrange in a single layer.
Place the sheet in the center of the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the grapes begin to burst.
