Mary is best known on the North Shore for the Italian food she served as the former chef and owner of Enzo Restaurant & Bar. However, she has fond memories of Easter traditions she shared with her father’s family in Astoria, Queens and the congregation of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in New Jersey. She is looking forward to sharing her traditions, both new and old, at Tinos Greek Kitchen this spring.
