- 1 recipe keftedes
- 1/2 cup uncooked medium-grain rice
- 6 cups hot water
- 1 recipe avgolmono sauce
- Fresh, chopped parsley – to garnish
When making the keftedes, add uncooked rice to the meat and then cook the meatballs as usual.
