On the northeastern coast of the island of Zakynthos, you will find the beautiful village of Tsilivi — also known as Planos — which is one of the most popular destinations, not only on the island, but also in all of Greece.

In Tsilivi, the nightlife is plentiful, as you’ll soon realize that there are plenty of options for you and your guests once the sun goes down. The most popular choice is Ark Bar, which has a lively atmosphere, and a little something for everybody. While the nightlife in Tsilivi is sure to provide some great memories, I can assure you that the best memories you’ll have while in Tsilivi will be on the open water. To go exploring, there are two main options. First is to take a private day tour with Nefis Travel, or go on an excursion with Levante Speedboat Excursions. With Nefis Travel, you have several different options on both land and sea, but the two most popular trips are the ones to Navagio Beach (better known as Shipwreck Beach), and the trip that takes you to Turtle Island and the Keri Caves. With Levante Speedboat Excursions, you will be able to tour the same territories. Both companies have gotten excellent reviews, so it’s really a matter of preference as to which one you’d rather go with.

If you’re traveling with children, the Tsilivi Waterpark is a perfect place to spend the day. Actually, there’s really something there for visitors of all ages. There are plenty of water slides and rides in the park, but there’s also a kid’s section for the little ones, and for the adults, there is a swim-up bar with cocktails and drinks. The staff at the park is extremely friendly, and the park itself is very clean, which is always a plus.

For even more family fun, you’ll need to head over to Fantasy Mini Golf. This mini golf course has incredibly detailed and themed holes throughout the entire course, which makes it great for children and adults, too. After your round of mini golf, there’s a bar with a television that usually has sports on. But that’s not the only place that you can go for some family fun time. If you want to keep the good times rolling, then head on over to Bowl’m Over. Here, you’ll be able to play some 10-pin bowling, shoot some pool, and there’s even a miniature golf course here, as well.

And if you’re looking to kill some time, check out the Adamieion Ceramic Art Studio. The studio is packed with beautiful paintings, pottery and pictures. You’ll be able to meet the artist herself, as you browse the artwork, where most of it can be purchased. The items that you’ll see here range in size from tiny to large pieces of art, each with its own special touch of mastery.
