How to Prepare Greek Style Lemon Cream:
Prepare the rich cream according to the recipe instructions.
Put the cream in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Place the rich cream in a glass bowl. Whisk in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and the sugar.
