Ammes Beach is located 10 km southwest of Argostoli, the capital city of the island of Kefalonia. The population of Argostoli is about 10,000 people. Ammes Beach is also close to Svoronta Village. The beach has soft sand and clean waters that are ideal for swimming in. There are rock formations that rise out of the sea adding to the magnificence of Ammes Beach.
