Kythnos Island has a number of exciting to sites to go diving. One impressive dive site you’ll find in Kythnos is at Agios Sostis. It’s a beautiful cove with seven different dive sites within it. One of these dive sites is called the “Northern Inner Wall.” This site is suitable for all experience levels. There are lots of fish to see that will have you mesmerized and in awe. You may even be lucky enough to see corals and octopuses.

Novice divers will enjoy the shallow site called “South Wall.” The depth of this site is between 5 – 22 meters. Here you will be able to see red mullets, breams, cuttle fish, and schools of damsel fish. If you want to try something new and even more adventurous, you can try spear fishing around the island of Kythnos. Agios Giannis Beach, Naoussa Beach, and the bay of Agios Stefanos are ideal for spear fishing.
