Recipe for Greek Oil and Vinegar Dressing Sauce

Written by in , Comments Off on Recipe for Greek Oil and Vinegar Dressing Sauce

This oil and vinegar dressing is one of the most popular condiments in Greece. Typically, authentic Greek, cold pressed olive oil is used. Red wine vinegar is the most common type of vinegar that is used, but really anything you have on hand will work well. You can whip up a large batch of this in advance by doubling or tripling the proportions, if desired.
