10-Minute Greek Gyro Wraps

Written by in , , Comments Off on 10-Minute Greek Gyro Wraps

Greek gyros are usually made with a special pita bread. While this is certainly the traditional choice, sometimes you just want to do something different. Consider filling a wrap with your gyro ingredients!

You can follow any of our gyro recipes and use a wrap instead, or you can follow this recipe instead.

10-Minute Greek Gyro Wraps Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 sandwich wrap
  • Tzatziki
  • 3 ounces Greek gyro meat
  • Diced tomato
  • Chopped onion
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Dried Greek Oregano

How to Prepare 10-Minute Greek Gyro Wraps:

Note that no amounts are really listed above, except for the gyro meat, because it really does work best if you eyeball it.

Lay the sandwich wrap on a cutting board or plate.

Spread with wrap with tzatziki. You will need about two tablespoons.

Top with gyro meat and then sprinkle with tomato, onion, feta, and oregano.

Fold the wrap by bringing the sides in about a half inch and then rolling up from the bottom.
