Sometimes, plain fries just won’t get the job done. These Greek fries are loaded, and the recipe is incredibly easy to put together. For best results, you can start with homemade Greek fries, but you can also use store bought fries to make it even easier. You can also change up the toppings depending on your personal tastes.

Quick and Easy Loaded Greek Fries Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 recipe Greek fries (can also use store bought fries – make sure you cook them before preparing this recipe)
  • 3/4 cup gyro meat
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 feta cheese (or more, if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Tzatziki, for serving

Quick and Easy Loaded Greek Fries Recipe Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Add the fries to the baking dish. Top with tomatoes, onion, and feta cheese. Sprinkle with oregano.

Place the baking dish in the oven and heat for about 15 minutes until the mixture is warmed through.

Serve with tzatziki.
