These roasted pork chops are made with roasted potatoes. It is a popular recipe to make throughout Greece, especially in the colder months of the year.

Greek Style Pork Chops with Potatoes Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 6 potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup Greek olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried Greek oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions to Make Greek Pork Chops and Potatoes:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Brush a 9 x 13 baking dish with olive oil. Lay the pork chops in the pan in a single layer. Set aside.

Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Pour evenly over the pork chops and potatoes.

Place the baking dish in the center of the oven and bake until the potatoes are soft and the chops are cooked all the way through. This should take about an hour.
