Greek Gyro Bowls Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked grain of choice (like rice, quinoa, or couscous)
  • 1 serving gyro meat 
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped tomato
  • 3-4 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons tzatziki
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pita bread (optional)
  • Serving of Greek Fries

Quick and Easy Greek Gyro Bowls Recipe Instruction:

The amounts listed above are enough to make one bowl. The nice thing about this recipe is how simple it is to prepare. You can also easily add more vegetables if you want. This recipe is so versatile there are endless combinations you can try!

Place the prepared grain in a large bowl. Top with gyro meat, chopped onion, and chopped tomato. Add as much feta cheese and tzatziki to the top as you want. Sprinkle with dried oregano and serve with pita bread and Greek fries, if desired.
